Nomad Hospitality Group is seeking a versatile and driven individual to join our team as a
Junior Digital Marketer & Client Relations Executive
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of digital marketing, customer service, sales, and hands-on travel operations. You will be working closely with a young, energetic team in a fast-paced environment within the travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing
Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging digital content
Assist in running paid ads and basic digital campaigns
Update and maintain the company website regularly
Track basic analytics and assist in improving online visibility
2. Client Relations & Sales
Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Provide clear information about tour packages and services
Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
Assist in identifying potential leads and new clients
Maintain good relationships with customers before, during, and after their trip
3. Travel Operations Support
Assist in preparing itineraries, bookings, and travel documents
Provide administrative support when needed
Occasionally act as a
tour leader
for local or international tours
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, hotels, drivers, and suppliers
Handle tasks related to travel arrangements and operational duties
4. Flexibility & Multi-Role Responsibilities
Support the team in various roles depending on business needs
Working hours may vary when accompanying tours
Able to travel on weekends or public holidays based on tour schedules
Requirements
Experience in digital marketing OR social media management (qualification not required)
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Pleasant, friendly, and client-focused personality
Willing to learn, adapt, and take on multi-role responsibilities
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Monday to Friday:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday (Half Day):
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
During tours:
Working hours vary
(may include weekends or travel days)
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
