• Multilingual proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have basic technical skills for e-commerce tools and platforms.

Junior E-commerce Executive
Role:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage and optimize our online stores across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada to ensure smooth and seamless shopping experiences.
• Handle product listings, pricing, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve store performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute promotional strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain accurate product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and report findings with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure inventory levels are updated and orders are processed efficiently.
• Assist with creating marketing campaigns, promotions, and online advertisements.
