Job Description

In this job you will : Assist and support in maintaining the EHSMS (ISO45001 and ISO14001) and all related activities implementation. Assist in planning and support in implementation of EHS, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) and disaster prevention activities and programs. Assist in coordinating and preparation for EHS audits and carry out actions to remedy non-compliance / non-conformance. Assist and support the EHS Section in ensuring compliance to legal and other requirements. Responsible in monitoring and updating Emergency Evacuation maps. Responsible in being Internal Auditor for EHSMS. Assist in monitoring and maintenance of the SDS Management System, Ergonomics Management and Fire Risk Management. Assist in data analysis and data transformation for the need of EHS reporting. Monitoring of the Management of Change (MOC) System and changes related to EHS. Assist in accident / incident investigations, SDS management, Ergonomics Management, Fire Risk Management and PPE management. Requirements : Required SHO Green Book. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in both English and Malay language as required for report preparation and communication during meetings. Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage. Intermediate computer skills (e.g. MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to drive results and changes for the improvement of the EHS Management System and EHS performances. Ability to work with all levels of the organization, possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
