What we expect

Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT- Operation / Setup/ Conversion / Recipe creation & Repair Maintain 5S for machine and working environment Maintain machine and working environment ready for audit Support improvement project
Who we are looking for

Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic / Technical college / Vocational college Understanding mechanical components , roubleshooting & problem solving & understanding of electrical & electronic systems Min 2years of working experience
