Responsibilities:
Analyzes tender document comprises BQ,tender clarification and unit price,etc
Develops the bid cost estimate of project construction activities and services
Establish database of costs, material and supply sources
Project coordination, planning and monitoring
Attend meetings with consultant and contractors
Attend site visit and site meetings
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in related field, however fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
Familiar with HVAC & R and Total Facilities Management(TFM) industries will be an added advantage
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
A team player with strong communication skills
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Autocad applications
Must be able to work long hours and willing to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
