Company's card/Pool car: Managing, monitoring ensuring maintenance as schedule, the servicing, r/tax & insurance, tyres etc
Office Maintenance
Cleanliness: working area, cafe, toilet etc. To ensure all
Asset Management Listing
Inventory Management: Ensuring the info updated (workstation requirement i.e phone, tray, pedestal, stationeries, etc)
Asset tagging: Prepare checklist and tag accordingly
Mailing Activities
Responsible for dispatch activities
In-charge of distributing correspondence (internal)
Reception Counter/Front Office Common duties: -
answering incoming calls, attending to visitor inquiries, directing visitors to appropriate contacts, arranging meeting rooms, attending guests to meet with company staff & Mgmt (VIPs)
Printers and Scanners
Handle all printer and scanners
Report to supplier if having any problem.
Provide monthly meter reading to supplier.
Program Coordination and Management
Responsible for assisting internal events of the company (birthday bash, bowling tournament, town hall meeting, etc.)

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Professional certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, Management or related disciplines
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel
Required language (s); Bahasa Malaysia, English (basic)
At least 1 year working experience in same field.
Able to work independently
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Highly organized with an ability to do multi task
Thrive in a high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
Willing to learn new technologies and operating environments
