Job Description


Responsibilities Perform administrative tasks related to marketing activities to support the agents. Provide a consistent customer experience and priority attention to agents, customers and all walk-ins. Follow up with agents on the necessary outstanding documents for processing of policy and claims. Attend to all agent enquiries i.e. underwriting, claims, finance and marketing related issues. Follow up with MU/agents for submission and ensure no outstanding cover notes. Monitor and remind agents on CBC submission and outstanding collections. Issue quotation for agents. Perform system approval for both Financial Link and e-cover. Monitor CPD hours requirement of agents. Issue receipts for walk in agents/customers Ensure all policies/Certificate/Endorsement request by MOs/agent/walk in customers are issued and accurate. Perform monitoring, checking, sorting and mailing of Renewal notices (motor/non motor) once received from data cohort. Check NCD level, renewal sum insured and prepare new / renewal quotation, billing and acknowledgement. Prepare the payment document (submission sheet, non-motor payment detail etc) to finance department after receipt of payment. Assist outstation agent to mail their policies/ renewal notices (motor/non motor). Assist agents to prepare the FWHS&FWIG and stamping. Provide valuable feedback on services and processes to Functional teams based on customer interaction Review and develop best practices to enhance the customer experience management. Monitor the achievement of Customer Service Scorecard for the Customer Service Centre. Any other tasks as assigned. Requirements Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII. Minimum 2 years in the insurance industry preferably in branch operations. Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point). Good problem solving skills. Self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
