Looking for proactive and customer-focused Executive to join our Client Relationship & Communication team. The role involves managing client interactions, ensuring timely communication, assisting in addressing client requirements, and supporting internal coordination to deliver superior service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues, implement requests, and deliver response within agreed timelines.
Draft and review client communications and service updates.
Maintain and update client queries, status trackers.
Participate in client meetings, calls, or review sessions and ensure follow-up on action items.
Track client feedback and service satisfaction; escalate issues when needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
Ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
