Lead all customers/service quality inquiries and follow-ups. Build relationships with customers. Be able to immerse into all company products with the understanding between products and vendors\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. Manage paperwork and keep work in order. Computer literate and willing to explore new ways of doing things to improve procedures and processes. Liaise with relevant departments to complete the tasks given by management. Have basic skills in social media management. Good competencies (spoken, written, and reading) in English, Malay, and Chinese language. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in education services (teaching, serving and managing education centers) will have an advantage but not compulsory as long as willing to learn new techniques (and technology) to manage work. Starting salary RM1,500-1,800. Over-time allowance is available. Probation period of 3 months. Upon confirmation, salary may be increased up to RM2,000. Negotiable for applicants with more experience. Full EPF, SOCSO, and EIS benefits.
