Job Description


Junior Executive HR - Malaysia HR Support Be first point of contact for associate\'s day to day queries. B e responsive to business needs to ensure information is shared in a timely fashion. Case management support, including note taking for Employee Relation cases, diary management for meetings, issuing relevant letters and ad hoc related activities. Absence management and support for long term sick cases. Involvement with training interventions and BU specific requirements. Assist with onboarding activities for deputed associates and local hires Conduct exit interviews and collate/communicate data trends as appropriate Be an active participant, and take opportunities to present on any project you may be involved with. Engagement Partner with HRBP\'s to create and launch engagement programs to retain, develop and motivate associates to achieve their full potential with a high level of engagement. Support and arrange Townhalls, HR connects/surgeries, BU newsletters, BU and Corporate Induction. Proactively suggest new ideas to engage our associates. Promote the #Cheers reward and recognition program Partner with HRBP\'s and wider Malaysia HR team on the creation, launch and monitoring of Diversity and Inclusion programs across the business units in Malaysia . Performance / Career Development / Rewards Data cleanse in preparation for cyclical activities Large involvement in cyclical activities such as goal setting, quarterly check-in\'s, year- end appraisals, promotions, bonuses and salary review cycles. This may include cutting and splitting spreadsheets, emailing reminders, chasing responses, provision of supporting documentation, attending progress/committee meetings, and working with the business, as required. Other ad hoc projects Skills Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good functional understanding HR role Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and laws Ability to proactively identify and recommend process enhancement and standardization etc. Preferably Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management or similar - and minimum 2 year hands-on experience in an HR role Capable of working with a wide range of people and cultural backgrounds. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
