Responsible for company daily accounts receivables and payable. Include processing payments to suppliers and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Execute data entry, update record and maintain proper filing. Ensuring all necessary approvals of documents prior to payment processing. Ensure all payments are checked and processed accurately and on time. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. To handle company utilities bills. Assist with month end closing and management reporting Carry out other accounting functions and office administrative works as assigned from time to time. To perform other assignments as assigned by superior. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting or completed all levels of LCCI/CAT.
