Collaborate with the Chief Business Officer to develop and execute sales strategies for targeting long-tail cafes and restaurants. Identify and prospect potential clients in the long-tail cafe and restaurant sector, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition to potential clients. Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Handle administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products and services. Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. At least 1 year of working experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related field. Knowledge of the long-tail cafe and restaurant market is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge and experience in working with pivot tables and data analysis in Excel. Ability to create impactful presentations using PowerPoint. Possess own transportation. Malaysian only.
