Job Summary:

As a Takaful Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients plan and protect their financial futures. You will provide personalized financial advice, promote Takaful products, and build long-term relationships based on trust and ethical service.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate clients on Takaful principles and the benefits of Shariah-compliant financial planning. Identify client needs and recommend suitable protection and savings plans. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups. Participate in training and development programs provided by the company. Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the agency or branch. Maintain high ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.
Requirements:

Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any field). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for helping others achieve financial stability. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. No prior experience required - comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates with experience in banking, insurance, or sales are encouraged to apply.
