Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed fabrication drawings and BOM lists, ensuring accurate documentation and final verification. Support the Critical Facilities Solutions (CFS) sales team with proposal drawings. Assist Project Managers in project execution and implementation. Plan and execute assigned tasks according to project schedules. Coordinate and monitor the work of the casual workers to ensure quality standards are met; take corrective actions when needed. Review and verify drawings, flag discrepancies, and coordinate timely follow-up. Oversee the receipt, distribution, and usage of materials at project sites to minimize loss or wastage. Supervise casual workers on-site, ensuring productivity and quality of work. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal logistics team. Explore new design ideas to enhance output and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max. Experience in steel or timber manufacturing is an added advantage. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork. Positive attitude, independent, and results-oriented. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Willing to work at Kota Damansara.
