Kelayakan

• Diploma and above in account & finance field. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Well versed in computerized accounting systems; having experience in Excel & Accounting system will have an added advantage.
• Enthusiastic in learning.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good time management and able to meet tight deadline.
• Positive working attitude, disciplined and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin
• Preferably candidates who able to join us immediately or within short notice.

Tanggungjawab

• Manages and monitors the company\'s expenses, including invoice approval and payment processing.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients.
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, entering information into financial models and assisting in variance analysis.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.
