Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 0-3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in external audit or internal audit is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in SQL software will be an added advantage.
• Well verse in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin - both verbal & written.
• Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
• Multi-tasking is expected.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

• Able to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities;

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account;
• Prepare financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data;
• Ensure financial and management reports and completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined by the management;
• Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg: fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc);
• Analytical reviews of companies performance;
• Liaise with financial institutions, internal or external auditors, tax agent and other statutory bodies on accounting and financing related matters;
• To communicate with all levels for daily related tasks
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
