About the Role

This role supports the finance department in daily accounting operations, including AP/AR processing, general ledger updates, reconciliation, and assisting in monthly financial closing. You will be part of a fast-moving

cloud & digital technology services environment

, working closely with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

AP/AR processing

, invoicing and payments tracking. Prepare

journal entries

, general ledger updates, and bank reconciliations. Assist with

monthly closing

, financial reports and schedules. Maintain accurate and organised financial records. Liaise with internal teams for billing, collection and payment matters. Assist in

audit preparation

, compliance documentation and statutory reporting. Support finance team with

budget monitoring and variance analysis

. Participate in process improvements and streamline finance workflows.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 0-2 years of experience (fresh grads encouraged to apply). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Basic understanding of accounting principles. Good communication in English & BM. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under deadlines.
