About the job Junior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Pay vendors by scheduling online payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
• Follow-up with creditor/debtor for collections and settlement.
• Track bank deposits and payments.
• Reconcile bank transactions/statements.
• Provide full accounting support to the team/management.
• Process invoices, quotations, receipts and purchase orders.
• Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Handle day-to-day operations of accounting record & filling.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of accounting procedures.
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliant with company policy.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
• To assists superior when required.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Accounting/Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Good

knowledge of accounting & internal controls requirements. * Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.

Remuneration:
MYR 2,600 - MYR 3,500

Working Hours:
9 am - 6 pm (Monday - Friday)
