POSITION :

JUNIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

REPORTING TO

: FINANCE EXECUTIVE & ASSISTANT MANAGER & DIRECTOR

AUTHORITY :

All departments, External Authorities, Suppliers, Customers, Contractors, Clients.

KEY DUTIES

? Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.

? Prepare balance sheets.

? Process invoices.

? Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

? Update internal systems with financial data.

? Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

? Reconcile bank statements.

? Participate in financial audits.

? Track bank deposits and payments.

? Assist with budget preparation.

? Review and implement financial policies.

? Update internal systems with financial data.

? Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.

? Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

? Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Financial Reporting and Analysis.

Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting.

Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Ensuring proper management of the company's liquidity, including optimizing working capital, managing cash flows, and monitoring cash positions.

Knowledge of audit processes and the ability to coordinate with external auditors for timely and accurate audits.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.

QUALIFICATION

DEGREE IN FINANCE EXPERIENCE IN FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT MINIMUM 1 YEAR WORK EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD
