The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
About the Team:
:
Handle routine maintenance tasks such as regular maintenance, battery checks, brake maintenance, wiring, air con maintenance and tyre services. Puspakom inspection readiness checking. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols. Maintain 5S standard at workshop working environment. To conduct works assigned by foreman and junior foreman.Requirements:
Currently pursuing Certificate / Diploma in Automotive Technology or Motor Vehicle Mechanics or any related field. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve mechanical/electrical issues. Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment.Working pattern : 6 days week, Monday to Saturday, 9.30am - 6.30pm
