Role : Junior Fraud & Risk

Working Mode: Remote

Project : igaming

Employment Type: Full-Time

Language: Mandarin & English

Working days/Hours : Mom-Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

? Monitor and analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, and account activities to detect anomalies or suspicious actions.

? Evaluate marketing strategies, promotions, and content to identify potential fraud risks or system loopholes.

? Identify and flag high-risk trends, suspicious users, or unusual traffic patterns.

? Support the team in spotting valuable customers or strategic behavior worth further engagement.

? Collaborate with other departments to escalate cases, clarify findings, and assist in fraud investigations.

? Maintain detailed documentation of findings, flagged activities, and risk recommendations.

Qualifications:

? Minimum SPM qualifications or above.

? Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken, written, and reading).

? Strong analytical thinking and attention to behavioral patterns and anomalies.

? Able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and precision.

? Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

? Preferred age range: 21-30 years old.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
