Junior Full Stack Programmer (Node.js / React.js)

About the Role

We are looking for a

Junior Full Stack Programmer

to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for supporting the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications. The role involves working on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration, usability, and performance. The programmer will collaborate closely with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

What you will be doing:

Agile Software Development

Participate in all aspects of agile development: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and review. Work closely with team members during sprints, stand-ups, and project discussions.

Backend Development (Node.js, MongoDB)

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js. Build, improve, and optimize server-side logic, scripts, and processes. Support data handling, authentication, and integration with MongoDB and other backend databases

Front-End Development (React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Dart)

Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Dart. Implement UI/UX requirements with strong attention to detail. Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.

UI/UX Implementation (Figma)

Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, or prototypes into functional interfaces. Work with designers to refine layouts, interactions, and user flows.

API Development & Integration

Develop, integrate, and maintain

RESTful APIs

between front-end and back-end systems. Ensure data consistency, security, and performance across systems.

System Configuration, Build & Testing

Configure, build, and test application components as part of the development cycle. Use command-line tools (npm, Git, build tools) to execute tasks. Perform unit testing, debugging, and basic troubleshooting.

Documentation & Collaboration

Prepare clear technical documentation for modules, processes, and changes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth development and deployment pipelines.

We want you! if you have:

Education

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum

1 year

hands-on programming experience (internship counted). Practical experience with

Node.js

and

React.js

is required.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Backend: Node.js, MongoDB Front-End: React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Dart UI/UX tools: Figma REST API development & integration Git and command-line tools (npm/yarn)

Soft Skills
