• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Required Skill(s): graphic design, desktop publishing, digital design and illustration;
• Video editing and packaging design skill is an added advantage
• Able to work under pressure and small company fast paced environment
• Able to work overtime and alternate Saturdays.
• Highly responsible with jobs in hand.
• Must be disciplined, resourceful and focused with a positive attitude.
• Good time management, coordination and organizational skills of own project timelines.

ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:

• To produce production artwork in accordance to client's specifications.
• To apply pre-press printing knowledge in daily routine.
• A team player with strong conceptual and design skills.
• Working closely with walk-in customers in understanding their design needs, work on their design and print product creation.
• Attend to walk-in customer and ensure the quality of customer service.
• Follow up closely on sales inquiry and coordinate with production team and customers.
• Reply to inquiry related to design service from all channels such as, walk-in, phone call, email and website.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customer
• Follow up on status of order and monitor closely.
• Resolve customers' request and issues.
