The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, design direction, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations and editing. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Conceptualize, develop creative ideas and design for both online (social media, website, newsletter, etc) and offline (POSM, Counter Display, in-store advertisement, etc)) materials in line with market trend. \xc2\xb7 Creative, idea-driven and obsessed about creating aesthetically pleasing visuals and animations. \xc2\xb7 Attentive to details and carry out self-review of your work for errors before submitting for approval and \xc2\xb7 publishing/printing. \xc2\xb7 Review final layouts and suggests improvements as needed. \xc2\xb7 Support and assist to execute the marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives and activities. \xc2\xb7 Able to meet design deadline by working closely with design, marketing team and management, or others \xc2\xb7 duties assigned from time to time by the management. JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS \xc2\xb7 Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Art/Design/Creative/Graphic Design or \xc2\xb7 equivalent qualification. Self-taught candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply as \xc2\xb7 well. \xc2\xb7 3 years of experience and creative. \xc2\xb7 Candidate with in depth knowledge in digital marketing or content marketing will be added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in technical illustration, creating animation and familiarity in graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop, \xc2\xb7 Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects is a must. \xc2\xb7 A good understanding in handling counter display artwork and design, including social media trends \xc2\xb7 Good team player and able to balanced work on multiple projects.
