Junior Hotel Revenue Executive
Job Description
Job Descripton :
Oversee reservation and revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations.
Responsible for best practice standards : competitor analysis; yield management on distribution, business mix and length of stay, inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.
Oversees and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
Evaluate the performance of distribution partner and contracted rates.
Support the Reservations Manager/Revenue Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property.
Ensure monitoring of daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated to
Driving up- selling within the property and to ensure optimal use of all distribution channels
Qualifications:
College Diploma /Degree in hotel management.
2 years experience in hotel reservations and rooms divisions.
Familiar with the hotel operations available technology and all distribution channels.
Understand the dynamics of regional & local market, local competitors and events of the destination
