Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources \xe3\x80\x81 Administration or equivalent
  • Have relevant experience in all round HR and administration activities.
  • Well-versed in Malaysia\'s Labor Law and other employment-related ordinances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good disciplined, detail-minded, responsible, hardworking, mature, with strong organization skills.
Responsibilities
  • Handle HR and administrative functions including recruitment, employment contract, on-board arrangement, staff relations, , staff compensation and benefit package, income tax, attendance etc.
  • Responsible for procurement and management of office supplies, asset management, office equipment maintenance, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and courier\xef\xbc\x9bAssisting in performing reception duties.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
