Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Human Resources team. The role will involve supporting a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. This position offers valuable exposure across various HR areas and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, payroll administration, and employee relations. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, shortlisting, interview arrangements, and onboarding of new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and related documentation. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company initiatives. Assist in organizing staff activities, training programs, and engagement events. Handle HR administrative tasks, correspondence, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Provide support to management in handling HR-related matters and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
