Job Description

:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

HR Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, ISO documentation, and compliance with HR regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain

ISO-related HR documentation

and ensure compliance with audit standards. Handle

end-to-end recruitment

processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate

training and development programs

, including HRD Corp claim submissions and record keeping. Ensure compliance with

JTK regulations

and assist with HR statutory requirements. Manage employee disciplinary actions, grievances, and counseling sessions. Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, reports, and databases. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. Handle payroll coordination and leave management (added advantage).

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management

or related field. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in an HR Executive role. Knowledge in

ISO documentation control, HRD Corp, and JTK compliance

is required. Strong understanding of

recruitment, training, and disciplinary procedures

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

Salary:

RM2,800 - RM4,000 (depending on experience)
