Job Description


  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year relevant working experience in HR.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Required writing & language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Full Time position.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline & commitment.
Responsibilities
  • To assist in HR Management System- (recruitment, orientation, payroll).
  • Responsible for apply foreign worker/ renewal for expatriate, Fomema, and insurance.
  • To record -- attendance & leave management
  • Training & Development --- Assist in coordinating & training update records.
  • Compensation & Benefits --- Foreign workers welfare including flight ticket.
  • To handling a filling system, update staff record, documentation and report.
  • Others --- to assist in overall general HR matters
