Recruitment
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
2. Assist in onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
4. Ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported as they transition into their roles.
Employee Relations
Assist in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
1. Assist to provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
3. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to employee relations matters.
HR Administration
1. Time management - attendance computer system, key in all the approved leave form of workers in the attendance system
2. Update daily Overtime Form, Overtime Plan & Overtime summary
3. Prepare log book & badge for new employees
4. Create ID thumbprint/ scanning for new workers
5. Check mileage claim tally with attendance clock in/out and approved gate pass
6. Distribute stationary to all department as requested
7. To order, check stock stationary, pantry, toiletries, nestle, soap/detergent for production & sanitizer's
8. Issue uniforms to all workers & checking for balance stock
9. Monitoring PPE
10. Make copies for all HR forms and passport foreign workers (Renew)
11. Involved/ Responsible in SS meeting & WRC meeting
12. Update staff/Operator Skill matrix into system
13. Monitor office equipment and general filing system
14. Cleaner - Monitoring of the cleaner's duties and overtime
15. Other duties and responsibilities an may be assigned by the management from time to time
Enhance System (Tigernix)
1. Update photo and employee details of new employee
2. Update Employee skill matrix in system every month.
Transportation
1. Monitor and update daily transportation movement
2. Handle any transportation complaint.
