Maintain up-to-date records of all foreign workers (passport, permit, visa, insurance, medical, etc.).
Ensure timely renewal of work permits, passports, and other related documents.
Handle FOMEMA medical check-ups and follow up on results.
Ensure compliance with Immigration, Labour Department, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit reports to authorities as required (e.g. JTK, Immigration, KDN).
Coordinate recruitment of foreign workers through approved agents and government channels.
Prepare and submit applications for Foreign Worker Quota (KDN Approval) and Calling Visas.
Liaise with agencies, embassies, and government departments for recruitment matters.
Arrange pre-departure briefings, medical check-ups, and travel arrangements for incoming workers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with expertise in industrial relations and payroll management.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and payroll practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle employee grievances and union relations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in HRIS and payroll software, as well as MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
