Job Responsibilites
Issuance of new business, renewal, endorsement and cancellation transactions for all lines of General Insurance
Performing receipting for all lines of General Insurance
Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties
Assist to answer email and phone enquiries from customer care, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
Initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in GI Insurance and with AS400 knowledge would be preferred
Able to work in a fast and diverse environment
Meticulous with an eye on detail
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
