Interior designers need to be creative individuals who are never shy to express and justify their designs in terms of practicality and functionality.
Candidates who are good at problem solving who can think out of the box and suggest different methods to deliver the outcome.

Team player to work with the team to ensure everything is running smoothly.
About the job
Understanding the mood board given by the client/sales team and translating to 3D and Detail Drawings.
Go to site to conduct measurement for accurate readings prior to designing plans requested.
Get the product codes and links to assist with the cost estimates for the Quantity Surveyors.
Understanding comments given and to update the team on any changes in drawing plans and to provide most current updated plans at site and for the Quantity Surveying team as well as the sales person in charge.
To brief the vendors and contractors about the work that needs to be carried out and what are the special unique features (if any) to be mindful about and to be illustrated properly to avoid miscommunication and construction errors. An internal site supervisor will be allocated for each project who will assist to monitor and provide a report on progress at site.
Must be able to estimate time required to complete each set of drawings and able to work under a deadline agreed by sales team and ID department.
Must have practical knowledge on how to execute and implement an idea to be done as identical to the 3D works illustrated.
To be able to provide suggestions and feedback about certain designs on the functionality and practicality of each design to be justified or altered.
