Job Description

• Diploma or higher academic qualifications in Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D, 3D modeling & rendering software programs (SketchUp, 3D Max, VRAY,ENSCAPE)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Posses skills in freehand sketch, detailed drawings, graphics and visualization
• Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
• Highly creative, imaginative and artistic
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Responsibilities

• Design project : Create design based on sample provided and references from clients. Collaborate with clients and internal team to understand design requirement and preferences.
• Site visit : Consult with clients to understand their need and preferences. Be able to communicate with client and establish agreement on design concept, material selection, finishing, budget frame etc.
• Site supervision : Oversee the execution of the design on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, timeline, quality standard and make adjustment as needed.
• Material selection : Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes and fixtures in line with design concept.
• Produce and prepare details drawings and specifications for quotation, construction or renovation.
• Develop high-quality 3D : Illustrations, renderings and animations to visually communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Create photorealistic renderings that accurately represent materials, textures, lighting and spatial relationships.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, 3D MAX, VRAY, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & ENSCAPE.
• Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about Interior Design trends, living situations and market conditions to deliver excellent and relevant design concept.
• Able to work independently and develop own design thinking and collaborate with the team.
