who handle the construction and build-out, allowing our team to focus purely on delivering flawless design documentation and stunning visuals.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Assistant to join our team, focusing on the technical and creative execution of our design projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a crucial support to the Lead Designer, with a strong focus on technical accuracy and visualization:

1. 2D Technical Drafting

Assist in producing

2D Detailed Drawings

using AutoCAD for construction and submission purposes. Manage and organize drawing sets, ensuring version control and consistency across all project documentation.
2. 3D Modeling & Rendering

Create detailed

3D models

of interior spaces, furniture, and custom features using software SketchUp. Assist in applying materials, textures, and setting up lighting for high-fidelity, photo-realistic renderings (experience with

D5 or Enscape

is a major advantage). Perform revisions and adjustments to models and renders based on client and lead designer feedback.
3. Design Support

Assist in sourcing, selecting, and documenting

materials, furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E)

. Prepare design presentation boards and mood boards for client meetings.
Requirements

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in an interior design or drafting role (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

Software Proficiency (Must-Have):

Excellent skills in

AutoCAD

(for 2D drafting) and proficient in at least one

3D modeling software

(SketchUp, D5).

Visualization Skill:

Basic to intermediate skills in

3D rendering

software (e.g., D5, Enscape, or similar).

Soft Skills:

Strong work ethic, high level of detail orientation, ability to follow instructions, and a proactive attitude towards learning.

Language:

Proficient in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is a bonus for client communication.

Work Location:

Office located in Sri Petaling, KL (No clock-in, our schedule is very flexible)
