• We're on the lookout for fun-loving Mandarin-speaking designers to spice up our multicultural team and shake up the Malaysian design scene!
• Design Creds: Hold at least a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience Counts: Bring 1-2+ years of design experience, especially in commercial, office, and residential projects.
• Tech Savvy: Rock SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and freehand sketching. Adobe Illustrator and Video Editing skills are a plus!
• Local Hero: Malaysian citizen or holding the right residence status.
• Full-Time Hustler: Available full-time from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday) and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday).
• Location Lover: Excited to work in the lively area of Kota Damansara.
• Competitive Salary: Start your career with a solid RM3,000.00 to RM3,500.00 salary. If you've got the skills, there's room to negotiate! Let's chat about your talents!

TanggungjawabWhat You'll Do:

• Design Extraordinaire: Dive into creating stunning layout plans, sketches, 3D and 2D drawings, models, and visuals that will make everyone say xe2x80x9cwow!xe2x80x9d
• Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to every little detail in your drawings, ensuring perfection in every line and curve.
• Client Advocate: Present and pitch your creative concepts to clients, tailoring your designs to match their unique visions and needs.
• Documentation Wizard: Keep all project documentation neat and organized, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Material Master: Recommend the best construction materials, color schemes, and finishes to bring your designs to life.
• Team Collaborator: Work closely with your teammates to outline project scopes and keep everything on track.
• Site Explorer: Visit project sites regularly to ensure everything is going according to plan and to keep an eye on progress.
• Problem Solver: Spot and fix any issues on-site with your sharp, analytical mind.
• Spec Pro: Prepare and issue detailed specifications to guide your projects to success.
• Team Player: Be an active and enthusiastic member of our team, contributing your ideas and energy.
• Show off your high-quality presentation drawing abilities in every project.
