Job Description

• Perform Day to Day responsibilities including but not limited to responding IT requests/incidents, troubleshooting and new joiner on boarding/off boarding.
• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure such as hardware, software, and networks.
• Responsible for new equipment or product of security and IT network system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration. (Including project implementation and coordination).
• Basic hardware / network / server setup and troubleshooting.
• Build, configuration, and installation of IT related peripherals.
• Maintained IT hardware, software audit and IT hardware inventory / disposal records.
• Provide user guidelines to frequently occurred/reported issues.
• May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance.
• Any other hoc tasks assigned by the Superior/Head of Department.
• Perform documentation and paperwork to keep track of records in Microsoft Sharepoint.

; Requirements: - Requirement

• Diploma (Major in IT/Hardware / Network system) or higher.
• Preferably Fresh Graduate or 1 year work experience in the IT environment.
• Good understanding of network system, network architecture and services.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products and Windows Active Directory.
• Knowledge of managing and supporting users and server environment.
• Able to multitask, strong analytic mind with good troubleshooting skills.
• Hands on experience of troubleshooting hardware and network devices.
• Prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
