Job Description
A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Junior IT Key Account Manager to be based at their Petaling Jaya office. This is a 1-Year contract role with possibility to be converted as a full time employee
- You will manage and grow client accounts, identify new business opportunities and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions (Enterprise Infrastructure - Server, Network, Storage, Cloud; Software Licensing and etc)
- Your role involves building strong relationships, driving the sales process, resolving issues while achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay updated on market trends, recommend pricing strategies and develop competitive business plan
- Passionate in IT sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable
