Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT Project Management to lead and manage diverse IT projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Obtain necessary approvals and funding.
Project Planning and Execution:

Break down projects into manageable tasks and assign responsibilities. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. Implement effective change management processes. Manage project budgets and resources.
Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Foster collaboration and teamwork. Provide guidance and support to team members.
Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Effectively communicate project status and risks. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts
Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Conduct regular quality reviews and audits
Post-Project Review:

Evaluate project performance and identify lessons learned. Document project outcomes and share best practices.

Minimum at Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Fresh Graduate - Minimum CGPA

: 3.70 and above

Junior hire - Minimum 1 year

of experience related

Have experience in managing IT projects

of varying complexity. Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and applications. Strong understanding in project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, hybrid (

MUST)

Strong understanding with project management tools e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project (

MUST)

Strong understanding with AI/ML Development tools and programming language

Good to have:

Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
