Position: Junior IT Support
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,200
Office Location: Behrang, Perak
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM - 6.30PM

:

1. Attend kick-off meetings with new clients to understand their setup needs
2. Set up client accounts in CRM (sublocations, users, company info)
3. If email marketing is required by client, configure email sending (Amazon SES, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
4. Build automations and triggers to match the client's workflows
5. Integrate WhatsApp automation
6. Pre-define WhatsApp messaging templates and connect to workflows
7. Join client WhatsApp groups to provide ongoing technical support
8. Assist in client onboarding, training sessions, and final handover with the senior team

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1. Good understanding of CRM systems (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, or similar)
2. Proficient in MS Excel (especially for handling data imports)
