Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior L3 Production Support Engineer to manage and support Investment & Wealth applications in a Core Banking environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .NET and SQL, with hands-on experience supporting systems hosted on Windows and Open Systems. The role also includes exposure to Wealth Management and Investment Advisory platforms, and involves collaboration with DevOps teams for system deployment and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3 application support for Investment & Wealth Management systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient service restoration.
Work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to manage deployments, patches, and upgrades.
Investigate root causes and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
Participate in incident, change, and problem management activities.
Maintain documentation for supported systems and standard operating procedures.
Support investment advisory services addressing various client segment needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Must Have:

3-5 years of experience in application support or production support roles.
Strong knowledge of .NET and SQL in an enterprise environment.
Experience with MS-SQL Server for data analysis and issue resolution.
Familiarity with Wealth Management and Investment Advisory platforms.
Exposure to DevOps tools and workflows (CI/CD, version control, automation).
Comfortable working on Windows and Open Systems OS.
Good problem-solving and communication skills in a banking or financial services context."
