Job Description

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, land office matters, stamping and RPGT matters, conduct searches, and related legal matters.
• Liaise with clients, banks, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on property-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.
• Lead a team.
• Monitor each file status to ensure timely completion.
• Arrange signing appointments with clients within the expected time frame.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a qualified Practicing Certificate or equivalent.
• Must be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing (in sub-sale SPA, project, and loan documentation).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; responsible, reliable, committed, with a good and positive working attitude.
• Able to work under pressure, committed, and meet tight deadlines.
• Organized with good attention to detail and follow-through.
• Passionate about Conveyancing, Banking & Corporate Law.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to attend signing during weekends when required.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, (Mandarin would be an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
