Handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, land office matters, stamping and RPGT matters, conduct searches, and related legal matters.
Liaise with clients, banks, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
Provide legal advice and support on property-related issues.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.
Lead a team.
Monitor each file status to ensure timely completion.
Arrange signing appointments with clients within the expected time frame.

Job Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a qualified Practicing Certificate or equivalent.
Must be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaysia.
Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing (in sub-sale SPA, project, and loan documentation).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; responsible, reliable, committed, with a good and positive working attitude.
Able to work under pressure, committed, and meet tight deadlines.
Organized with good attention to detail and follow-through.
Passionate about Conveyancing, Banking & Corporate Law.
Must possess own transport.
Willing to attend signing during weekends when required.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, (Mandarin would be an added advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
