Position: Junior Litigation Associate Location: Block B, 02-07, D\'Rapport, Jalan Nipah, Off Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities: Assist Partners in drafting cause papers, preparation for cases, hearings, and/or trials. Attend case management sessions independently. Conduct legal analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases. Assist in the preparation of legal opinions on various legal issues. Efficiently manage assigned portfolios and files, such as organizing documents, maintaining case calendars, and tracking deadlines. Requirements: 1 to 3 years PQE in general litigation practice. Humble and with a good attitude. Passionate about law & learning, innovative & diligent. Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. CGPA 3.2 and/or Upper Second Class and above.
