Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing local & export shipment. - Coordination with forwarders to ensure smooth and timely cargo/container arrival. - Monitor and coordinate arrivals/shipments, process documentation as well as coordinate with a various internal department on shipping activities and arrival. - Liaise closely with government authorities for trade related application such as licenses, export permits and etc. as required. - Possess good knowledge of flow of documents, ocean freight and logistic procedure. - Liaise closely with warehouse and production to ensure delivery schedule is meet customer\'s expectation. - Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, logistic providers and shipping forwarders for smooth operation flow. - Compliance with the rules & regulation and procedure of Government agencies and Custom Department. - Lead & manage the logistic including planning, directing, controlling and coordinating and cost saving. - Continuously review & update logistic and warehouse system and process to improve cycle time and accuracy. - Update and maintain warehouse database inventory record. - Ensure good housekeeping safety and accuracy of inventory. Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. - Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin. - Preferably candidate with Logistics/Shipping background (custom compliance). - Meticulous, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude. - 1 headcount is available.
