PILLAR: Strategic Planning & Brand Management Position Summary Statement \xe2\x80\xa2 APAC Localisation \xe2\x80\xa2 Rush translation (in-House) \xe2\x80\xa2 Rush design (in-House) \xe2\x80\xa2 Contest/Lucky Draws Management for customers \xe2\x80\xa2 PO/PR/APSE/Marketing Fund Tracking \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination of HAL Activities implemented by APAC or Sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in strategic campaign planning and BI analysis (Assistant Manager Strategic Planning & Brand Mgt) \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in NPD, S&OP and premium sourcing (Assistant Manager NPD & Ops) Temporary \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties assigned Supervisor Responsibilities N/A Organizational Relationships Interacts with all levels throughout the company, colleagues of other departments, distributors, vendors & consultants Basic Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3-4 years of experience managing social media for brands or publishers \xe2\x80\xa2 Higher Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields \xe2\x80\xa2 MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Well verse in English, BM and Mandarin \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong editorial judgment, writing skills and attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive, team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent project management, reflective of an organized mind \xe2\x80\xa2 Remains poised and clear-headed under pressure, demonstrates \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and strong ability to manage digital marketing projects and deliver on defined timelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Is passionate about storytelling in the consumer space \xe2\x80\xa2 Can articulate and educate internal stakeholders on strategic campaign strategies Preferred Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Working understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other graphic design services and/or experience in video production (Final Cut Pro) is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in working with and managing agencies and social media community managers \xe2\x80\xa2 Editorial or production experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with high-profile individuals
