Tanggungjawab

• Assisting in conceptualizing, planning, developing and implementing the marketing strategies for company\'s product and services, targeted to existing and new markets.
• Good interpersonal skill keen as junior executive is required to work closely with internal team (designers, copywriter, etc) for effective content, materials (design, images, video, article, websites, etc) that speaks to the different target audiences of different brands/solutions.
• Initiate ideas on ways to market company products and services to the mass audiences.
• Assist in implementing marketing strategy to achieve marketing objectives and department KPI.
• Technology Savvy - Understand how new media works.
• Assist in conducting market research and analyze market trends, market mapping and competitor\'s activities (by weekly/monthly).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking on the effectiveness of online media advertising and marketing planning.
• Able to assist in writing and editing contents, compelling copy, that is accurate and grammatically correct, making sure that all printed and online communications demonstrate the brand values.
• To support/involved in the coordination of the company\'s presence at events and represent the company when appropriate.
• Assist in generating reports for marketing campaigns, activities and social media using data based analytics tools.
• Handle and response to enquiries, feedback/complaints received from digital platform.
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
