Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for the merchandises that the Company is currently retailing, Responsible for the pricing and functions of all the merchandise that the Company is retailing, Responsible for the sell through of merchandises in all outlets, Merchandise ordering processes Transferring of merchandises to other outlets to ensure saleability of the merchandises, Conducting stock take and its procedures to ensure all merchandises are accounted for, The usage of POS system to facilitate decision making on the merchandises, The usage of POS system to facilitate the daily operation of the outlets, ie generating bar codes, key in pricing, ensuring the correctness of all the delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documents, The usage of POS system to generate reports, either to assist yourself or requested by your superior, and/or the Company Making frequent visits to outlets (including outstation) to ensure stocks level are adequate, study the sell through, helping with display, and ensuring the right merchandise in the right outlets, touch and feel the merchandises, Auditing daily sales report of every outlets to ensure outlets comply strictly to the terms and conditions set forth by our Principal or the Company, Compile monthly reimbursement reports and submitting them on time To be part of the team by working closely with other departments and outlets to ensure the profitability of the Company, Be available to communicate on demand through any digital platforms, To report to your superiors regarding any matters related to sales, merchandises, outlets conditions, team members working relations, and any other matters that your superiors may assign to you, Other duties that the Company may assign to you Qualifications: Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply Experience in footwear retailing is a plus Computer literacy including able to use Microsoft Excel, Words and wiling to learn the POS system of our company Has own transportation Has driver\'s license Able to communicate clearly in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
