Managed, supported, and implemented communication networks for customers.
Deliver assigned tasks on time.
Maintain network equipment for customers.
Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution.
Monitor and resolve customer trouble tickets as needed.
Maintain service quality and perform preventative maintenance.
Provide support to all IT subdivisions on the regional source and ensure its growth.
Create documentation for repairing networking issues.
Provide backup to the NOC and supervise operational field groups.
Support and backup network infrastructures with basic understanding of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, router configuration, and ISP broadband.
Job Requirements:
Possession of professional certifications, diplomas in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent qualifications.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for staying abreast of the latest technologies and a strong willingness to learn.
Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and autonomously, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in English language is a prerequisite.
Essential skills include strong communication abilities, troubleshooting proficiency, and IT expertise.
