Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients\' network and server infrastructure. You will work closely with senior network engineers and system administrators to troubleshoot issues, implement changes, and ensure the stability and security of our clients\' networks. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Conduct routine network monitoring to ensure optimal performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to prevent disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server-related problems, such as connectivity issues, configuration errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the team to implement security measures and best practices to protect the network infrastructure and data from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, including physical and virtual environments.
• Support the deployment and management of software applications, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to network engineering and server administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, etc.).
• Familiarity with network security concepts and best practices.
• Experience with network hardware and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and others.
• Knowledge of server administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or equivalent, are a plus.
