Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive

Occupational Therapist

to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to our patients. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment programmes to help individuals regain, improve, or maintain their independence in daily activities at our clinic branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and environmental needs. Develop and implement individualised intervention plans, including therapeutic activities and adaptive equipment recommendations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, physiotherapists, nurses) to ensure coordinated patient care. Monitor and review patient progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes accurately. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to improve daily living and promote independence. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that meets clinic and regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy or related rehabilitation field. Valid registration or license with relevant national occupational therapy board. Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities. Commitment to patient-centred care, ethical practice, and continuous professional growth.
